Railings is a quiet secluded holiday caravan park less than a mile from the sea and close to all the local amenities including a large supermarket. The park is protected by security barrier and the park owners live on site.Railings has a capacity for 25 static caravans. At the moment, we have two available sites.
- One site to suit a 35ft x 12ft static caravan
- One site to suit a 28ft x 12ft static caravan
The Ground Rent for 2024 has been set at £2400.00, excluding services. Due to our smaller more intimate size Railings also falls under the VAT threshold, therefore our site owners pay NO VAT on their site rental.
