Railings is a quiet secluded holiday caravan park less than a mile from the sea and close to all the local amenities including a large supermarket. The park is protected by security barrier and the park owners live on site.

Railings has a capacity for 25 static caravans. At the moment, we have two available sites.
  • One site to suit a 35ft x 12ft static caravan
  • One site to suit a 28ft x 12ft static caravan

The Ground Rent for 2024 has been set at £2400.00, excluding services (Mains Electric, Water & Mains Drainage, Bottled Gas) which are billed seperately. Due to our smaller more intimate size Railings also falls under the VAT threshold, therefore our site owners pay NO VAT on their site rental.
